I\u2019m in the midst of writing the next Beaumont book, Proof of Life, but for now I need to step away from that because \u2026 guess what? \u2026 book tour season for Ali Reynolds #12, Man Overboard, is coming at me like a freight train. \u00a0This time the tour is staying pretty close to my homes\u2014in Arizona and in Washington state. \u00a0If you go to my website,\u00a0www.jajance.com<\/a>, you can click on the schedule<\/a> links to see where and when I\u2019ll be appearing.<\/p>\n

One of the side stories in Man Overboard has to do with a race horse rescue organization\u2014a fictional one. \u00a0But that aspect of the story came about by my becoming aware of a real racehorse rescue organization\u2014Equine Encore operating near Three Points, Arizona. \u00a0When you read the dedication to the book, you\u2019ll know in advance that the Smoocher in question is my grandson\u2019s \u201cfoster horse.\u201d<\/p>\n

Box 766, Bellevue, WA 98009-0766. \u00a0Be advised: Bookmarks are at one end of the road. \u00a0The author and her red pen are at the OTHER end of the road. \u00a0It will take time for all three of those items to be in the same place at the same time. \u00a0In other words, the bookmarks will be done eventually, but not immediately. \u00a0Please be patient!<\/p>\n

That being said, I\u2019m going back to work. \u00a0Proof of Life has to be DONE before the book tour starts, so I\u2019d better get busy.<\/p>\n
